Sugar Creek has claimed the first victim, Robert PORTHOUER, 14 years old Montgomery County lad was drowned Friday afternoon while swimming with some friends in Sugar Creek. He was walking on a submerged sandbar and suddenly stepped off into a deep hole and went under. The stream was dragged and the search was kept up until Sunday morning when the body was found by his uncle, near the place where he was last seen. - kbz
